Return policy

Please note the following when returning the item:

An item cannot be returned if it has already been used. The products must be new, unused and in their original packaging.

Padel racket

The following conditions apply to return a new padel racket:

The racket is unused and the plastic wrap around the handle has not been removed. If there are any original labels attached to the racket, they must still be on the racket.

clothing

Dirty (e.g. dirt, make-up, etc.), washed or previously worn clothing cannot be returned or exchanged. Clothing can only be returned if the original labels are still on the clothing and the clothing is clean, unwashed and unworn.

Shoes

When returning the shoes, please do not damage the original shoe box. The original labels are attached to the shoes and are in perfect condition. You can try the shoes on at home, but they must not have been worn outside or on the padel court. If you want to exchange the shoes for a different size, please enclose a note with the new size with the return.

Bags, grips, accessories

When returning bags, handle straps and other accessories, the following conditions should be observed:

The products are in their original condition and in their original packaging. If the packaging is opened, it cannot be returned. The original labels are attached, the products are unused, free of defects and show no signs of use.

Tennis balls

Ball cans must not be damaged or opened.
